Beverly Castaneda is a Native American holistic practitioner who works with people with substance abuse, sexual abuse, eating disorders and those in recovery. Beverly has been sober for 9 years and has learned how to move through trauma to bring healing to others in their recovery journey. Beverly enjoys helping advance community health and wellness through cultural events that promote social cohesion and greater connection to Mother Earth and the environment that sustains us. Beverly works with her Indigenous and Native American Ancestors who teach her how to walk with Mother Earth through prayer, ceremony and song. She has been a student at Strawberry Moon Holistics with teacher Nataline R Cruz for 4 years and she worked as a Peer Recovery Coach at the Empowerment Program for 5 years.
