AFC + A and the Enlace Project recognize the need to collaborate together to support and advance the education of the conservation of the environment and culture of its eight communities in Caño Martín Peña and to achieve the goal of fostering citizen resilience through programs that advance the socioeconomic development and the emotional well-being of the communities.

AFC+A & G8 partner on a 5-year initiative to plan and develop the Bicicaño (bi-pass) into a world-class destination through the creation of 24 murals along the bike-cycle which will tell the cultural and ecological histories of this iconic area.

The 'Ruta de Reflexión' will also incubate micro enterprises advancing cultural preservation and visitors economy.

Under the guidance of AFCA's Artivist, Educator and Muralist Malcolm Ferrer, the project will be facilitated by 5 Promotores Verdes youth, who will be trained to become the first interpreters and guides of the Bicicaño.
