Before earning her Masters Degree in Strategic Management and International Business, Lhotse Quintanilla Springer worked as an IT project manager for Bolivia’s largest bank, Banco Mercantil Santa Cruz. 


In 2011 she supported the opening of the first Coworking Space in La Plata, Argentina, where she specialized in entrepreneurship and innovation. A year later she founded AyniLabs and Miski Wasi Hostel. The former aimed to boost collaboration, synergy, and teamwork in Cochabamba, Bolivia and the latter was a hostel with community programs that catered to tourists and residents who sought meaningful friendships and intercultural exchanges. In 2015 she worked as an Innovation Consultant for the United Nations Development Program and helped to create the Sustainable Development Innovation Campus.
She has been a volunteer in AIESEC, Partners of the Americas, GlobalMindED and many other organizations.

She firmly believes that entrepreneurship and innovation are the keys to creating a lasting and positive social impact.
